Included AI is measured in dollars of usage, not a promised number of CIMs. Document length, task and model affect consumption. Team's per-seat allowance is pooled across the workspace.
Bring your own supported AI provider key if that fits your workflow. Those calls use your provider account, with separate provider charges; they are not unlimited free AI.
Solo includes one active Diligence Portal. Pro adds unlimited portals, Google integrations, offer drafting and expenses. Team adds shared work and analytics for at least three seats.
Connect your own Google and meeting-recorder accounts. Recorder capabilities depend on your provider plan. Read AI is in beta, and expense bank and card feeds are rolling out.
Sign in with Google, set up your workspace, and choose a plan in Settings → Billing. First-time customers can start a 14-day trial without a credit card. The trial applies to the selected plan. Existing billing customers may not be eligible for another trial.
Each self-serve plan includes the monthly platform AI budget shown above, so you can begin without your own key. You can also connect a supported provider key. Usage through your own key is billed by that provider and does not consume SearchWare's platform AI budget.
The usage meter in Billing shows platform AI spend for the current calendar month. Owners and admins receive a warning at 80%. At 100%, bulk and background AI work pauses until the next month; interactive AI actions continue. Your own provider key is not metered against the platform budget.
Owners and admins manage an existing subscription through Settings → Billing → Manage billing. Monthly prices are shown on this page; annual billing is also available during plan selection. Review the billing interval, total and trial terms in checkout before subscribing.
