Keep the conversation with the opportunity.

A broker email or owner call can hold the detail missing from your pipeline. Connect Gmail and manually sync relevant history from a deal or contact when you need it. Keep linked meetings and follow-ups with the opportunity; recorder meetings start private, so you choose when to share them.

SEARCHWARE / A CLOSER LOOK

An owner conversation that stays useful

The upcoming meeting and relevant memo are close at hand.

What you can do.

Specific tools for the decisions and follow-through your search depends on.

Relevant Gmail history on the record

Connect Gmail separately from sign-in, then sync relevant email history from a deal or contact record when you need it.

Review the exchange behind a decision without leaving the opportunity's context.

Broker updates from your own inbox

Prepare contact emails with templates and supported merge fields. Review and send individual messages through your Gmail account, or save a Bcc draft for further work.

Keep relationship communication consistent while retaining control of what gets sent.

Calendar meetings tied to deals

Opt into a chosen Google Calendar. SearchWare imports meetings it can match to open deals using the attendees, business domain or meeting title.

Keep relevant deal meetings in the acquisition workflow without turning the workspace into a copy of your entire calendar.

Meeting records you can act on

Log a meeting with notes, attendees and a linked deal or company. Search past meetings and turn recorded action items into to-dos.

Preserve what you learned and make the promised follow-up concrete.

Granola meeting context

Connect your Granola account to bring in deal-relevant meetings. Review suggested deal links and contacts, and access transcripts when your recorder plan supports them.

Use the meeting context you already captured without retyping it into the CRM.

Meeting sharing you choose

New recorder meetings start private. Share a meeting with the deal team or the whole workspace when the context is ready to become part of the shared record.

Control when a personal conversation becomes team knowledge.

The next meeting, scheduled

Add a logged meeting to your connected Google Calendar. Review the event and opt into inviting its linked contacts when you want Google to send invitations.

Close the loop between agreeing on a conversation and putting it on the calendar.

BEFORE YOU START

The practical questions.

Does signing in with Google connect my Gmail and Calendar?

No. Google sign-in identifies your account. Gmail and Google Calendar are separate connections you choose to enable for their respective features. SearchWare does not request Google Drive access in this flow.

Does SearchWare import my whole calendar?

No. The optional Calendar import stores meetings matched to open deals. Other events stay in your calendar. Imported meeting records contain the title, time and attendees, not the event description.

Which meeting recorders can I connect?

Granola is supported, and Read AI is available only in a limited beta. Recorder meetings sync when you visit Meetings or choose Sync now. Transcript availability depends on the recorder and your provider plan; a Granola Basic connection may not include transcripts.
